“Farm to School” Program aims to educate children about organic farming through experiential learning opportunities at their school garden

From October 2015, Action for the City started to implement the “Farm to School” Program that funded by IBM Vietnam at HanoI Educational Technology Primary School.

Starting by setting up a school garden, students will have chance to learn and practice gardening with the organic farming methods. In addition, this program also encourage children to respect the nature, change their behavior more sustainable as well as develop their soft skill. School garden is also a good initiative to improve the green space in school.
